How it works
Flowmodoro is the Pomodoro shape with the handcuffs off: a 25-minute target instead of a 25-minute limit. The timer chimes when you reach it and keeps counting, and the break you earn is your actual focus time divided by 5 — so hitting exactly 25 minutes gives you the familiar 5-minute break.
- A 25-minute target is preset — change or clear it above
- Focus and let the timer count up past the target if it's going well
- Tap Break; the break is your real focus time ÷ 5, not a fixed 5 minutes
- Go again, or Finish — two or three cycles is a solid deep-work block
