How it works
A flow timer counts up instead of down. You focus for as long as the focus lasts, then tap Break — and the break you get is your focus time divided by 5 (or 4, or 3, your call). Twenty-five minutes of focus earns a five-minute break. No fixed block ends while you're mid-thought.
- Press Start and focus on one thing — the timer counts up
- Tap Break the moment focus actually breaks
- The break is your focus time ÷ 5 by default (pick 1/4 or 1/3 above)
- When the break ends: Go again for another cycle, or Finish
